• No dead buyers or MIA else, BLACKLIST.
• Please do not cancel the orders once confirm.
• If you cancel confirmed orders is non-refundable.
• Please bring the exact amount of the item(s).
• Item(s) sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• CASH via bank transfer only (POSB).
• Please be punctual for meet-ups.
• Not responsible for any losses / damage through postage.

• I will not be responsible if you've submitted the wrong order. I got the order form as an evidence.
